Neovim

If you don't know vim, start with vimtutor and learn the vim basics. From there, you can then decide whether you want to use vim or neovim (or maybe something completely different like emacs).

Please see kickstart.nvim before my tutorial. I pretty much followed it to make my current config. My tutorial should be an alternative if you feel kickstart.nvim doesn't work for you.
